1. The Master Affiliate Program will be owned and operated strictly by Water4Gas.com (company name: 1 Freedom, Inc.) and is offered to Independent Vendors and Members by Membership only. THIS IS NOT A FREE MARKETPLACE.

2. In order to SELL on this program you must sign up with Water4Gas.com for our Membership Package for $19.95 per month. This small monthly investment covers the cost of running the website and helps to further our expansion. If an Independent Vendor or Master Affiliate cancels his membership or fails to make a payment, he will be removed from the Program until his membership is restored to good standing.

3. The Master Affiliate Program provides a self-replicating website that is given to all of our Members as part of the program.
   
   When customers come to this replica website, which serves as the Member’s own website, they may shop Independent Vendors’ products or services, buy Water4Gas e-books or DVDs, or browse the Water4Gas website using tabs and menus.
   
   So long as the Member completes his sign-up process and properly configures his Back Office and so long as his membership is in good standing, the referring Member will always get credit for any sale, if the customer has entered through the Member’s replica site. The commission rate depends on the Independent Vendors terms. For example, a Member may earn 50% on e-book sales, but a lesser percent on physical products. Again, the commission rate is a the discretion of the Independent Vendor whose product is purchased.

4. Customers can select and sort the list of offered products just as you can on eBay: by price, by customer rating, by country of origin, etc.

5. Customers can view a customer rating next to each vendor, as well as read reviews written about them (the review system is moderated, to prevent abuse and false reporting).

6. Sub-domains will be given automatically and can be used by Members so they don’t have to purchase domains. No forwarding will be necessary. A sub-domain for Joe Smith may look like this: JoeSmith.Water4Gas.com - or HHOforever.water4Gas.com, if Joe chooses HHOforever as his user name. Note: These are only examples.

7. The replica site will be personalized – the Member can customize it with his full name (or company name) and photo.

8. To get multiple commissions, the Member must sign up as an Affiliate with each Individual Vendor. This is very important, since each Vendor has his very own affiliate program, it will be impossible for us to sign up the affiliates for the Independent Vendors. That is the job of the affiliates themselves. It is the Member’s responsibility to sign up with the Individual Vendors and ALSO to then post the correct referral links in his Back Office. We make it as easy as possible, and Water4Gas will not be liable for lost commissions due to a poorly-configured Back Office.

9. The Water4Gas Master Affiliate Program is not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or “pyramid scheme”. However, each Member will be able to earn commissions from multiple Independent Vendors – an ideal scene for any business owner (the book “Multiple Streams Of Income” by Robert G. Allen explains why it is best to have many sources of income; find it at Amazon.com or your favorite bookstore).
